Kayleigh Supak, LPC Associate

Psychotherapist
505 N Pine Ave, Livingston, TX
Howdy, I'm Kayleigh Supak, M.A., LPC Associate, supervised by Kelly Rice, LPC-S. I earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Texas Baptist University and also hold degrees from the University of South Carolina and Texas A&M. My background in higher education and student support shaped my passion for helping college students and young adults navigate pressure, identity, relationships, and major decisions. I work with women, college students, teen girls, and mothers experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, maternal mental health concerns, stress, and life transitions. As a wife, mother of two young girls, and member of a ministry family, I understand how easy it is to become the person everyone relies on while losing space for yourself. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and practical. I listen carefully, ask questions, help you notice patterns, and offer tools you can use in daily life. Faith can be included if it matters to you, but it is never required.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I want therapy to feel supportive and useful. I use a person-centered foundation and draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based, and strengths-based strategies. Some sessions may focus on understanding where a pattern began; others may focus on a boundary, decision, or skill you need right now. I will respect your pace while also asking questions and gently challenging you when it may help. Faith can be included if it is important to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other without pressure to tell your whole story at once. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what feels hardest right now, what you hope will be different, and any questions you have. I’ll explain confidentiality and how I work, and we’ll begin identifying goals together. You are always in control of what you share. When appropriate, we may choose one small step or tool for you to try before our next session.
