I'm a Licensed Certified Social Worker based in Massachusetts, and I believe that therapy is one of the most empowering tools we have for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, past trauma, or relationship challenges, I'm here to offer support, insight, and a safe space where you can feel heard and understood.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and flexible. I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—to tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’ll work together to find what feels right for you.
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults and especially enjoy helping people build healthier relationships, develop emotional resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self.
