I earned my undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Sociology at Florida Atlantic University (2005). I have a master’s in counseling at Barry University (2013), where I specialized in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. My primary objective as your therapist is to listen and support without judgment. I believe that mental health crisis and difficulties in life are great opportunities for improvement and change. I work with a collaborative approach based on each client's individual needs that will lead to my client's increase knowledge, awareness, and desire for change.

I am in couples therapy with Mr. Kedy and he is an amazing therapist. He tells you what it is and gives you different scenarios and metaphors to help you understand what you are going through on a deeper level. I like how before he starts a new session he gives a recap from the previous sessions. It shows that he was taking notes and shows how prepared he is as a therapist. I would highly recommend him.

My husband and I have been going to couples counseling with Kedy for about a month and it has been so good for us. He helps us work through some communication struggles and we’ve seen such improvement already. Looking forward to continued growth.
