Her approach is trauma-informed and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), humanistic approaches, and play-based interventions alongside art therapy. She recognizes that every client’s experiences, background, and identity are unique and tailors treatment to support their individual strengths and needs.
