What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your initial visit, we will discuss the expectations and limitations of me as your therapist and therapy, in general. A discussion focused on your goals will unfold in the initial session and we will collaboratively discuss your treatment plan and expectations for the upcoming sessions. Before each session ends, you will be given an opportunity to ask questions and/or concerns with me before scheduling our next appointment together.
