Getting to know Keisha Williams
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Texas and Washington State. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia. I specialize in couples counseling, with experience in behavioral health disorders, family issues, self-esteem barriers, career counseling, and more.
My clinical approaches include Gottman Couples Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I am passionate about serving people.
Using an integrated model, I seek to meet you where you are. You were uniquely created, and we are not meant to do life alone. I would love to partner with you to help you find the strength to live the life you aspire to.
Your relationship matters. Take a deep breath and regain your strength in a safe space. You don’t have to fight each other. Allow me to teach you how to fight together for your union. Let’s rebuild your friendship and improve communication to increase connection and intimacy.
I am passionate about couples and marital counseling. Trained in The Gottman Method and working toward certification, I use this evidence-based model developed from over 40 years of research. I am confident I can support you through relationship challenges and teach new skills for a healthier, happier union. Some sessions may be recorded with your written consent; I can discuss this if interested. Whether you and your partner have recent issues, have been long-suffering, or want preventive skills to thrive, help is near.
Therapy can be scary! I do not take lightly the responsibility of being your safe place. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, empowering atmosphere for you to be your true self.
