My approach My approach is to develop a relaxed, non-threatening, and non-clinical professional relationship with my clients. I recognize that the first step to a better life is often the most difficult. I enjoy helping my clients take that first step and navigate the path that follows. My focus I primarily work with young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, career issues, relationship and marriage problems, and other life challenges. I also work with many business professionals balancing careers and businesses. My communication style I am an empathetic and compassionate counselor who works to motivate clients to focus on their improvement. My journey to mental healthcare I have done many things throughout my career but keep coming back to therapy. I have always enjoyed helping people work through issues and improve their lives. This is why I continue to do counseling alongside my other interests. My goals for you I believe goals are important to see progress. However, the how and what of setting goals is very individualistic. We will explore your concerns, desires, and priorities to identify the direction and focus of improvement. My first session with you Together, my clients and I develop individualized strategies that produce results and lead to a more fulfilling life.
