I often blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to create a supportive, engaging space for growth. With over 12 years of experience in both outpatient settings and higher levels of care, I meet each client where they are—and walk alongside them from there. I offer evening and weekend appointments to better support those with full weekday schedules.
