My name is Keli Karbowski, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and completed my Master’s Degree at Florida International University. I am also a Certified Addiction Counselor, Certified Integrative Equine Assisted therapist and Reiki Practitioner. I have experience in various clinical settings working with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I am committed to providing a safe space where clients feel supported in exploring their goals. Through collaboration, we focus on expanding the skills needed to achieve meaningful aspirations and foster emotional and physical healing. I like to use multiple approaches such as Solution Focused, Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing techniques to create a holistic approach. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, stress management, mood disorders, severe mental illness, addiction, trauma, and bereavement. I am a creative person, direct, down to earth, warm with a sense of humor. I am a native Floridian and enjoy nature and being outside, travel, art, and dance.
