If you feel unexplainably bothered by things or know that past experiences are still impacting you, you’ve come to the right place. When difficult experiences don’t have the opportunity to resolve in us, they become the “glasses” that we view the current world through and can cause irritability, anxiety, being on edge, sleep disturbance, anger, depression, relationship difficulties, and so much more. The great news is that our brains have the natural ability to process and resolve these adverse experiences, sometimes they just need a little guidance to do it. Healing enables us to face the world as the best version of ourselves.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm interested in helping you to heal, process, and release from difficult, stressful, and traumatic experiences. Using a myriad of trauma therapy tools including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I will help you find safety and settling within yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free phone consultation for anyone interested in learning more before they book. Initial sessions involve discussing what is bothering you, identifying the treatment methods that would be helpful for your unique situation, and preparing to start reprocessing and healing. Subsequent sessions will focus on your identified goals and problems, with flexibility to address present day stressors.
