I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) with a deep passion for helping children, adolescents, and families heal, grow, and thrive. I specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, family transitions, and social or behavioral challenges. With experience across diverse settings—including home-based services, community organizations, and substance use recovery programs—I bring a broad and compassionate perspective to my clinical work. My areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, adjustment and mood disorders, family conflict, foster care, suicidal ideation, complex trauma, and attachment-related issues. I offer a client-centered and integrative approach, using evidence-based techniques with specialized training in play therapy, expressive arts, and trauma-informed care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages feel heard and empowered.
