Kelley Fulkerson, MSW

Psychotherapist
OH
When my career began in 2015, I was providing services to adults in crisis. I then branched out to offer therapy services to children and families in an outpatient clinic setting, along with school-based services to clients. Last year, I started providing therapy to geriatric clients residing in a long-term care facility. I also enjoy working with special needs clients and helping all my clients reach their goals. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Western Kentucky University, which has equipped me with the skills to support diverse populations effectively. When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my son and raising awareness for Cerebral Palsy. Many of my clients are affected by Cerebral Palsy, as is my son Oliver.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy is a journey that consist of our therapeutic relationship and skill you can use to help improve your mental health.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
