What is your typical process for working with clients?

I also believe in making therapy a casual, comfortable experience where clients feel safe. My strong memory helps me connect with clients on a deeper level, often recalling details from their lives that reinforce their sense of being truly heard. Together, we collaborate to develop personalized treatment plans that empower clients to build stronger connections, improve self-awareness, and achieve personal and relational goals.
