Kelli Flesch, LIMHP

Psychotherapist
NE
Hi, I’m Kelli. I received my professional training from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, but much of what shapes my work also comes from life experience and the healing I’ve found while navigating my own challenges. I believe our struggles can become places of growth, and therapy can offer a space where healing begins with honesty, understanding, and compassion. I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) in Nebraska and work with individuals, couples, and families, particularly in rural communities. Before transitioning into community mental health, I spent many years in the public school system as both a music educator and school counselor, which deepened my appreciation for the many ways people experience stress, change, and resilience. I specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-injury, and eating disorders, while also supporting clients facing a wide range of life challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and greater emotional well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe healing is possible. I believe the brain can learn new rhythms. I believe the heart can rediscover courage. I believe that even in life’s most disorienting seasons, clarity can return. I am here for the anxious and the exhausted. For the grieving and the overwhelmed. For those who have tried to “just push through” and found it isn’t enough. I blend science and compassion. Insight and innovation. Counseling and neurofeedback. Because healing is not just about coping — it is about restoration. Here, your brain finds balance. And your heart finds hope.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide a steady and compassionate presence during life’s most challenging seasons creating a space where every person feels seen, valued, and empowered to grow. Through wisdom, integrity, and personalized care—including counseling, EMDR, and neurofeedback—I offer the support needed for healing, helping your brain find balance and your heart find hope! I also offer QEEG brain mapping and neurotherapy, which provide real-time feedback about brain activity to help reinforce healthier brain functioning. For many people who have struggled despite previous counseling experiences, these approaches can offer new insight and meaningful progress toward lasting emotional and neurological balance.
