My approach I utilize motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy to help guide you to managing your mental health in a practical and open environment. My focus Has substance abuse, anxiety, or other mental health needs slowed down where you would like to be in life? I work with adults to address personal areas of growth. Together, we can develop the skill set to navigate the challenges you are facing. My communication style I practice collaborative communication in a safe environment free of judgment. My goals for you Just as life changes, sometimes goals shift, but we will work together to develop a plan that empowers you. My first session with you Our first session is an introduction into what is occurring in your world and I am thankful you allow me access to walk this path with you. We will identify areas of growth, develop goals, and discuss what therapy looks like for you.
