If you are looking for a space that is fun, nonjudgmental, and allows you to be yourself, then come see me as I take pride in being a part of others’ journey. I won't lie and say that change is easy; change is messy, but I am willing to be messy with you.
I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My areas of specialization include sleep disorders, family relationships, stress, trauma, borderline personality disorder, antisocial behavior, anger management, sex and intimacy issues, addiction, anxiety, depression, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, military and veteran support, PTSD, grief and bereavement, bipolar disorder, and adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions.
In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and supportive environment where your unique experiences and feelings are honored. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, and I strive to provide a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment.
