Getting to know Kellie Lomas

I work with adults who feel exhausted from “trying everything” and still ending up stuck—overthinking, overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves and their relationships. In our work, we focus less on chasing relief and more on building a life that actually works. My style is practical, warm, and direct, and I use an acceptance-based approach grounded in the Tripart System (Flow, Friction, Freedom) to help you understand what’s happening inside you and make real change on the outside.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You won’t have to perform, impress me, or have the “right words.” We’ll slow down enough to get honest about what’s happening, and we’ll keep it practical so therapy doesn’t stay stuck in insight-only mode. I’ll help you notice what’s showing up internally (Flow), understand the protective patterns that keep hijacking you (Friction), and build the ability to choose your next step based on what matters—not whatever your anxiety is demanding in the moment (Freedom).

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We start by getting clear on what you want your life to look like—not just what you want to stop feeling. Then we map the patterns that keep pulling you off track, especially the ones that look like “I know what to do, I just can’t do it.” Sessions are a mix of real conversation, body-and-mind awareness, and simple next steps you can actually follow through on. You’ll leave with clarity and one small, doable action to practice between sessions, because change sticks when it shows up in real life.
