What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to create a supportive and safe space for exploration and change and to empower you to get back to living a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I provide skills to increase awareness of problematic patterns that lead to feeling 'stuck' and negatively impacts daily life including relationships, career, health and self-esteem.
