I worked in the public school system as a Professional School Counselor for 17 years and have been in private practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2008. I earned my Master’s in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, I have been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years. I look forward to helping you reach your goals.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
