What is your typical process for working with clients?
During a typical session my goal is to build the rapport between myself and the client, while getting to know their strengths and personal qualities. Through that, we can bein to tackle the challenges life presents itself, while decreasing symptom severity. Through continued insight and awareness for external factors we can begin initiate healing and change.
