We all face challenges—some big, some small—that can deeply impact our lives. These struggles can feel overwhelming, draining our mind, body, and spirit. I understand this personally, having walked through my own experiences with depression and anxiety. With the support of God, professionals, and family, I was able to grow stronger through those difficult times. My journey led me from Nursing into the field of Counseling, where I now feel called to help others find hope, healing, and strength in the midst of their own challenges. In our first session together, here's what you can expect The first session with me will be a comfortable time of my getting to know you as a person. . .your name, age, your family/support system, your problem, your health history, your occupation, your education, your strength, and your goals for therapy. I will guide you along the way with questions as we talk about what makes you, you. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and compassion. I will be present with you in your pain, offering understanding, not judgment. I’m here to walk beside you—not to fix you, but to help you discover the strength that already lives within you. No matter where you are in your journey, please know: you’re not alone, and there is hope. I would be honored to work with you through life’s challenges and help you uncover your resilience and strength, one step at a time. The clients I'm best positioned to serve For nearly nine years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and anger. Also, I can help those seeking LPC licensure in the state of Georgia through my credential of Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) .

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
