Hello, I am Kelly, a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern. I am excited to partner with you as you find new ways to approach life. Maybe things have not been working out? Maybe anxious thoughts are all you have? Maybe you would like to help your child with ways to cope but don't know if you are doing what is best? I am here to help! I am trained in OCD, phobias, anxiety, panic and other anxiety disorders that impact families. Mental health impacts everyone, not just the person struggling. That is why I am trained to help not only children, teens, and individuals, but also to help coach families in ways to better respond that builds supportive, healthy relationships. I have extensive experience as a MRT (mobile response team) counselor, assisting children, teenagers, and families cope in their most stressful times. I have worked closely with families to help them navigate treatment.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a cheerful, compassionate counselor. I believe in partnering with my clients for the best possible outcomes. This includes looking at treatment options and developing a plan just for them, with them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We can meet in person or virtually, if appropriate. The first few sessions, we will get to know each other, and I will ask gentle questions to get a better idea of what is going on, so I can treat you with evidenced based practices. I like to know how you like to connect and learn, and use that to help you heal.
