What should a new client know about working with you?

I love being a counselor and aspire to help clients live in line with their goals and values. I work to bring out the best in my clients by providing unwavering support, highlighting their strengths and at times challenging them to think and behave differently so they can experience different outcomes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First sessions are called intakes. You can expect me to ask a lot of questions about your biological, psychological, social, and medical history and the reasons you are seeking counseling. I will explore what you are hoping to get out of counseling to ensure I am the best counselor to meet your needs.
