Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of anxiety, difficult relationships, or painful experiences from the past. You may find yourself putting others first, struggling with boundaries, or feeling stuck in patterns you can't seem to change. I work with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and create healthier relationships. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic. I specialize in attachment, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I use CBT, DBT, person-centered, mindfulness, and attachment-focused therapies such as Lifespan Integration therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
