I earned my Master's in Professional Counseling from Amberton University, and I am fully licensed to provide therapy tailored to your individual needs. I consider myself an active therapist, combining experience, education, creativity, and a sense of humor with a down-to-earth, realistic approach to counseling. I bring my personality to the therapy session, so if you are looking for the blank-faced, stoic therapist, I am not her!
I have always been a service-oriented person. Helping others and giving back is a quality that has been instilled in me since a very young age. My philosophy is that we all have strengths. Together, you and I can find your hidden strengths and discover solutions to the patterns and challenges in your behavior. I am rooting for you to win in this journey called life.
