I will offer suggestions, challenge you, and assist in providing effective tools that will help you develop the skills to manage your life.

My approach is warm, supportive, collaborative, and most importantly tailored to your life experience and goals. I truly create a space where you can show up as your authentic self and work with you to help meet your goals. We will focus on your strengths and build upon what is working to help you feel like you are living a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I take a collaborative approaching combining different therapeutic techniques tailored to your goals.
