My ideal client is struggling with finding themselves. They feel lost and confused about life and career. They have unresolved childhood trauma that is affecting every area of their life. They are struggling with insecurities and feel inadequate. They struggle with implementing healthy coping mechanisms into their everyday life. They are looking to change that. I will help them by providing a safe space to feel seen, heard, accepted, and understood. I will support you in increasing your insight and awareness of why you may be experiencing turmoil in your life. I will support you using a variety of different methods. I believe there is true power in having a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, accepted, understood, and supported. That is the safe space and ongoing commitment I make with all my clients. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy.
