Hi there, my name is Kelly Evans, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida. My approach to therapy is centered around hope and positivity. I encourage my clients to challenge themselves and embrace personal growth by exploring their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I've received from my counselor. She has created a safe, open, and compassionate space where I feel truly heard and understood. I feel very comfortable talking with her and respect her feedback. With previous therapist I have felt the need to not fully share and that hurt me in the long run. I am thankful that I feel safe being open and honest during our sessions.
