Welcome! I am a passionate and open minded licensed mental health therapist based out of Florida. I am fluent in English and Spanish. My passion lies in working with teenagers and adults with a variety of presenting needs including anxiety, depression, substance abuse/dependence, ADHD, trauma, life changes, self-esteem, personal growth, anger, stress, communication, and interpersonal issues. I have great familiarity with law enforcement/military culture and provide support for those who serve first.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My holistic approach includes highly effective treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Mindfulness-Based interventions to empower my clients to achieve their goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, we will explore your goals and challenges in depth. Together, we will work to uncover the roots of your challenges, develop self-awareness, and foster personal growth. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out, happy to answer them.
