Hi, I’m Kelly Gorham, a Licensed Professional Counselor — and I’m so glad you’re here. I know that reaching out for help takes courage, especially when life has been heavy. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, anger, grief, trauma, or PTSD, I want you to know that what you’re feeling makes sense given what you’ve been through — and healing is possible. Over the past nine years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside Veterans in crisis, as well as adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings through individual and group therapy. My specialization in crisis and trauma has taught me that many of the struggles we face today are rooted in experiences that once felt unsurvivable — and that with the right support, people are incredibly resilient. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and paced around your comfort and safety. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you reach out. You just have to be willing to take one step. If you’re struggling, you don’t have to suffer in silence. I would be honored to help you find your way through.
