What should a new client know about working with you?

I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help you connect your thoughts with your behaviors and emotions. During treatment we will explore what you want to accomplish and why your behavior is keeping you from your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first counseling session will give you a time to describe your life and the reasons you are seeking help. I know it is hard to talk to a stranger and feel vulnerable discussing your struggles, but I want to help you feel comfortable and relaxed as we work together to set goals for our future sessions.
