What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you will gain a partner in building the life you want. I will start by taking our first few sessions to get to know you and put together a treatment plan that best suits your needs. From there, we will collaborate on goals and work on learning and enhancing skills to help you manage specific struggles and the minutia of everyday life. In my experience, a strong therapeutic relationship is key to helping clients feel safe when navigating vulnerable experiences and stepping outside their comfort zones. I like to incorporate evidence-based interventions in sessions to help empower clients to make the necessary changes for healing and will assign homework from time to time to facilitate growth in-between sessions.
