Hi, I am Kelly Larsen, a licensed therapist in the state Texas and Florida. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have spent the last 10 years of my career working with children and families in a psychiatric hospital, domestic violence and sexual assault shelter and now own a private practice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work together will focus on cultivating self-acceptance, fostering renewed hope. We will address the connection between past experiences, thought patterns and present behaviors to facilitate sustainable change. Our collaborative work will result in tangible strategies to manage triggers, intrusive thoughts/patterns tailored to your unique and specific needs.
