Welcome, I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or weighed down by past experiences, you don’t have to navigate it on your own. Maybe you’re caught between worrying about the future and replaying the past or trying to break patterns that keep resurfacing. Therapy can help you understand what you’re feeling, regain a sense of control, and move through life with more confidence and ease.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I’m a Licensed Social Worker who uses a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach. My work is very client centered. I draw from CBT, trauma informed practices, and creative techniques, and I also incorporate humor when it’s helpful. Sometimes a moment of lightness makes difficult topics easier to explore and opens space for deeper insight. I see clients ages 6+ with low/moderate level needs.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and genuinely heard. We will focus on your strengths while working through challenges such as anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, or relationship stress, always at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
