I use a structured, tool-focused approach to help you navigate transitions and resolve stuck patterns. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based modality effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. EMDR uses the body-brain connection to release stuck beliefs, sensations, and emotions to improve daily functioning. Sessions build resilience and enhance your capacities for change, aiming for you to leave with a new skill or positive, embodied experience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a focused, nonjudgmental space, we examine limiting patterns, uncover strengths, and develop strategies for meaningful growth. I support you in transforming old patterns and empowering a more confident, authentic self. A core goal of our work is to help you expand your freedom, awareness, and acceptance, creating space to engage with life more fully.
