What should a new client know about working with you?

Main approaches utilized in the therapy process would be Person Centered therapy, TF-CBT for addressing trauma related concerns, CBT and Faith Based therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the initial intake appointment, I like to gather information regarding history, past experiences with mental health services, family dynamics, social functioning skills, and interactions, as well as stressors and barriers to treatment. After the initial assessment, a treatment plan is developed regarding expectations and goals during the therapy process, and sessions begin after the development of the treatment plan. It is a comprehensive process to make sure the client is maximizing potential gains from services.
