I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional through Evergreen Certifications, with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. I earned my Master’s in Social Work and Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. My clients would describe me as positive and bubbly. My philosophy is to meet my clients where they are at. I utilize a strengths-based perspective and try to bring out the positive qualities in my clients. I offer non-judgmental and confidential sessions.
