It was so important for me to find a therapist who creates a safe space where I can truly be myself. I look forward to my sessions with Kelly and I know I can always count on her to be an active listener who assists me in “connecting the dots” in my life. Kelly offers me validation and challenges me to think deeply and understand the feelings and emotions behind certain situations that arise in my life. Over time, I’ve recognized positive changes in my life and I feel like I walk away from each session having truly learned something about myself. If I could give Kelly more than 5 stars, I would!
