Getting to know Kelly North

I believe everyone has the ability to have a good life. I take a warm, nonjudgmental approach that is personalized to meet your needs. I can help you find meaning in pain and overcome obstacles to living an authentic, fulfilling life. I use an eclectic, person-centered approach, with a main focus on cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques. I understand that life can be busy and stressful, and I use Telehealth to allow you to heal within the comfort of your own space. I am dedicated to providing a safe, transformative space for you to explore what keeps you stuck. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. You want someone to understand you, and I seek to understand. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to provide a gentle push to get you where you want to be. Together we will create the change you seek to live your life to the fullest potential. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Choosing the right therapist can be as difficult as choosing the right pair of shoes. You want them to be compatible and comforting, yet stable and strong enough to see you through your journey. I am dedicated to providing a safe, transformative space for individuals to explore what keeps them stuck.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
