With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida and over 25 years of experience, I have been supporting people by helping them find insight, build skills, and develop solutions together. I specialize in working with teens and young adults facing life transitions, family concerns, relationship conflicts, identity confusion, ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, and more. What should a new client know about working with you?

My motto is to meet the person where they are. Together, we focus on what is most pressing to you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to show how our thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected. I offer tools and suggestions to meet your needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First, we will review expectations and answer any questions. We get a brief history of your concerns and then work together to find solutions that work for you.
