I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a strengths- based, individualized approach to therapy. What should a new client know about working with you?

I am particularly passionate about my work with adults navigating ADHD and executive functioning challenges. With both specialized training and personal insight into ADHD, I help clients better understand how their brains work while building practical systems that support focus, organization, emotional regulation, and follow-through. My approach blends creativity, structure, and self-compassion, empowering clients to move from frustration and self-criticism toward clarity, confidence, and sustainable change. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, academic and vocational stress, and life transitions. As a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I continue to work with individuals exploring their relationship with substances, whether that means harm reduction, increased awareness, or long-term recovery. I am often sought out by clients working through identity development, relationship dynamics, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
