My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy and focuses on fostering self-awareness building resilience, mindfulness, and promoting positive change. I studied psychology for my undergraduate degree at Central Washington University and I have a masters degree from the university of the southwest. My most recent experience includes serving as a therapist at American behavioral health systems as well as operating my own private practice.
