I believe everyone has the right to live their best life, and that living your best life is a goal anyone can achieve. My goal is to work with my clients to identify what is preventing them from living their best lives and help them implement strategies and techniques that will guide them in that direction. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy, so I combine modalities and strategies to best suit each client's challenges and personality. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide personalized, effective care.
