OR
Hi there, I'm Kelly! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a master's degree in psychology and a master's in marriage and family therapy from Northcentral University. I have been practicing as a licensed marriage and family therapist since 2015, providing counseling and case management services to children, adults, and families in a variety of unique settings. Throughout my career, I have been involved in developing and implementing programs focused on mood disorders, couples, communication, substance use, values, grief and loss, and other psychosocial topics. Integrative therapy is an individualized, holistic approach that combines ideas and techniques from different therapeutic schools of thought, depending on the unique needs of each client. My approach My approach is integrative, compassionate, and responsive to each person's individual needs. I meet clients where they are in their journey and help them move from surviving to thriving in their everyday lives. I frequently utilize tools such as CBT, DBT, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and ACT therapies. My focus I focus on the client's goals rather than the problem. I help clients identify and build on their strengths, skills, resources, and coping abilities to reach their goals. Together, we explore what they want to happen in their lives, find solutions, and determine how to use their resources to solve their problems. My communication style When working with clients, I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment. My approach is empathetic, adaptable, and focused on truly understanding each client's needs.
