“I have been seeing Kelsey since 2023 and she is very professional, kind and has really helped to guide me in my journey of self-discovery. I’ve noticed how much more open I am, and a difference in how I process and feel into emotion. Her practice and approach have also been helpful for me while I have processed life transitions, grief and work-life balance. I really enjoy working with her! ”

Kelsey has been extremely patient with me in our sessions and asks extremely thoughtful questions that help keep me on track to a more authentic and healthy life. I've felt very supported in my journey so far and am happy to recommend her work to others!
I was asked to cancel this appointment myself first with out any real reason. I had to inquire why the appointment had to be canceled and then an explanation was given. I work in a fast place environment and could understand why I had to cancel since I wasn’t the one wanting to cancel. I was never seen by provider

I have been working as a patient with Kelsey since Fall 2019. Since that time, I have learned, grown, and experienced so much under her guidance. I came to therapy with a specific question/situation in my mind and years later, I am still here. With her help, I am unlearning old patterns, discovering myself, learning new mindsets and new habits. Kelsey is patient, calm, understanding, great listener, and a mindful person. She asks you the pertinent questions to help you dig deeper in yourself then she allows you the space needed to discover it yourself. She is this safe space you didn’t know you needed or could have until you met her. I am really glad that I have met Kelsey and have been taking care of my mental health with her support. She is an amazing person and will be wonderful helping you in your mental health journey.
I have been working with Kelsey for over four years now. She has been a great partner in working on the issues and concerns that I have brought to our sessions. She is thoughtful and empathetic with her pushes. I appreciate her flexibility in approach and her nudges to own my growth and learnings outside the room into my life and personal interactions. I have made so much progress and she has held me accountable to the personal goals I have set for myself during our time together.
Kelsey is an excellent & empathetic therapist. Always on time, professional and provides counseling that can be applied to managing life’s difficult circumstances.
Kelsey is always on time and communicates schedule changes in advance. She focuses on your goals and ensures you get what you need out of therapy. She does frequent check-ins to ensure that we are staying on track. She is extremely engaged and pushes me just enough. Her ability to recognize patterns in my behaviors, even the most subtle and unrelated, is outstanding. She notices small changes in my body language even though we only meet remotely. Her attention to detail allows us to confront some of the more difficult areas in the moment and at my comfort level. She is extremely respectful and gentle while still being direct which is my favorite thing about working with her. I highly recommend her! She is perfect for the person who is really looking to grow, better learn themselves, and heal from past pains.
Kelsey has a very thoughtful and open presence. During my sessions, I always feel accepted, warm, and comfortable. In my experience, she has been very patient, and very helpful. She asks thought provoking questions to get to the core of what we're working on for that day and I must say, it works! I do love working with her and would highly recommend her as a therapist
