Have you found yourself carrying a lot—emotionally, mentally, sometimes without even realizing just how heavy things have gotten? Maybe you're a teen trying to manage the pressure of school, social expectations, or anxiety that won’t let up or a young adult feeling stuck in self-doubt or overwhelmed by trauma you haven’t had space to process. Or maybe you’re a mom who’s constantly giving to others and starting to feel like you’ve lost parts of yourself in the process. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep holding it all by yourself. My approach is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I’m also goal-focused, so while we’ll go deep when we need to, we’ll also stay connected to what matters most to you. If you're ready to start untangling some of what’s weighing you down, I’m here to walk with you through it. Our sessions will be a space where you can be real—without pressure to perform or “have it all together.” I’m here to listen deeply, offer perspective, and support you in making meaningful, sustainable change. Whether you're here to heal from the past, better understand yourself, or just make life feel a little lighter—I’m honored to walk alongside you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I approach therapy in a collaborative and supportive way. I like to work with clients to explore what’s going on in their lives, understand patterns, and practice practical tools that help in day-to-day life. My style is flexible and tailored to each person—you set the pace, and we’ll focus on what matters most to you. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. While I tend to lean toward a more Cognitive Behavior approach, I aim to ensure I am fully meeting the needs of my clients by including other relevant modalities. In your first session, we will explore what your needs from therapy are and then determine, together, the most effective path forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When I begin working with a new client, the first session is really about getting to know you—your story, what brings you in, and what you’d like to focus on. I’ll ask some questions to understand your background and goals, but there’s no expectation to share everything all at once. In ongoing sessions, we usually spend time exploring what you’re experiencing, identifying patterns, and practicing coping strategies that fit your needs. I take a collaborative approach, which means we’ll set goals together and check in regularly about what’s working or needs adjusting. My role is to provide support, insight, and practical tools, while creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to process and grow. Every client is different, so sessions may include a mix of talk therapy, skills-building, and strategies you can apply outside of our time together.
