Getting to know Kelsey Berry

Kelsey Berry is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2020. She studied at Boston College School of Social Work and Bates College. Kelsey’s work with clients stems from a passion to help others discover and redefine what “health” means to them. Our physical and mental well-being is so individualized and impacted by our environment, our trauma, and various factors throughout our lives. Kelsey’s services offer an opportunity to work towards long-term goals or build skills to simply make it through the day. She strongly believes in the importance of creating a space free of judgment and one of safety. Kelsey believes in working through a strengths-based perspective and honoring clients where they are. Kelsey has experience and continued interest in growing in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, PTSD, and trauma. Outside of work, Kelsey is a BIG Celtics fan and has a very real obsession with dogs (all types, largely golden retrievers and pitbull mixes). She has been teaching yoga at various locations since 2017, and finds that exercise, while it looks a bit different as she becomes older, remains her most consistent coping mechanism for life’s daily stressors. She’s a food lover, an extroverted introvert, and has a passion for social justice and challenging the systemic issues within our country and beyond.
