What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a diverse set of skills in the holistic wellness vein including yoga, reiki, sound healing, and meditation that I lovingly offer. I am here for you and I am your advocate. I will hold space for you to show up as yourself, whatever that looks like. I'll meet you where you are at, and together we will customize your sessions to support your healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Whether you are a seasoned therapy-goer, or looking to dip your toe in and see what all the hype of therapy is about, I am here. I will create a safe and cozy virtual space for you so that the healing may begin.
