Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve ever felt stuck carrying old wounds, juggling stress and burnout, or navigating challenging relationships, you’re not alone. I help adults heal from family-of-origin trauma, including those who grew up in families impacted by addiction or dysfunction, and create a more authentic life. For those seeking a deeper or accelerated path to healing, I’m also trained in ketamine-assisted therapy as an integrative option alongside traditional talk therapy. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, and I believe healing happens within a safe, trusting relationship. Together, we’ll process your story, strengthen self-compassion, and build healthier patterns in relationships, career, and parenting.

Getting to know Kelsey Cody Skowronski

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve ever felt stuck carrying old wounds, juggling stress and burnout, or navigating challenging relationships, you’re not alone. I help adults heal from family-of-origin trauma, including those who grew up in families impacted by addiction or dysfunction, and create a more authentic life. For those seeking a deeper or accelerated path to healing, I’m also trained in ketamine-assisted therapy as an integrative option alongside traditional talk therapy. Together, we’ll process your story, strengthen self-compassion, and build healthier patterns in relationships, career, and parenting.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help with life transitions and the lingering effects of family-of-origin trauma, including challenges with anxiety, burnout, and relationship patterns. I’m also trained in ketamine-assisted therapy, offering an integrative approach for those seeking deeper or accelerated healing. Whether you’re working through long-held patterns or navigating something new, I offer guidance in building confidence, setting boundaries, and developing practical strategies to support personal growth and lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I’m equipped to support a wide range of concerns, always tailoring treatment to your unique needs. My approach includes collaborative goal-setting, evidence-based strategies, and — for those who are interested — ketamine-assisted therapy as an option for deeper or more accelerated healing. Above all, I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space where real work can happen. Clients often leave with deeper self-awareness, stronger coping skills, and a renewed sense of empowerment.

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $125 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $100-150 for 60 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork

More information on payments and coverage

I currently Aetna and BCBS insurance plans, and will verify your benefits before our first session so you know what to expect. If you have a different insurance provider, I can provide you with a detailed superbill after each session that you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. For clients paying out of pocket, payment is collected at the time of each session. I also reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots to help make therapy more accessible for those experiencing financial hardship.
