Kelsey Hopkins, LCSW

Psychotherapist
OR
Hi, I’m Kelsey. I work with youth, adults, and parents who are navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Many of the people I support come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what you’re going through and feel supported in finding clarity and relief. My approach is collaborative and flexible. I use a blend of evidence-based strategies, like CBT, mindfulness, and some psychodynamic techniques, to help you build insight, break old patterns, and develop tools that actually fit your life. I believe therapy should feel supportive and approachable, while also giving you room for real growth. I became a therapist because I’ve been in that place of feeling lost, and I’ve seen how compassionate, genuine support can help us heal and grow. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore, reflect, and develop strategies that work for you. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, doing arts and crafts, and going on adventures. I believe that growth often happens in both the big moments and the small ones, and I’m here to walk alongside you in that process.
